Huzhou Machine Tool Factory Co., LTD., since 2012 for the first time to achieve the machinery manufacturing enterprise safety and quality standardization of secondary enterprises, after several years of changes, in 2021 standardized enterprise qualification certificate expires need to re-evaluate the work. Under the continuous efforts and continuous improvement of personnel at all levels of the company, finally in March 14 this year ushered in the provincial Emergency Management Scientific Research Institute of the review of the expert group on the standardization of our company on-site review.

The reassessment expert group made a comprehensive assessment on the safety production status of our company in terms of basic management, occupational health, machinery and equipment, thermal explosion, working environment and electrical facilities, and finally according to the "Safety Quality Standardization assessment and Rating Measures for Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises" and "Safety Quality Standardization Assessment and Rating Standards for Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises". The conclusion of evaluation score of enterprises conforming to secondary safety quality standardization is given. A total of 46 issues were raised during the review, requiring rectification to be completed within a maximum of 40 working days. After the completion of the rectification, the re-evaluation agency shall report to the provincial production safety supervision and management department for approval, and issue the corresponding certificate and plaque to the enterprise after approval, and publish it in the relevant media.

Through the efforts of personnel at all levels of the company, up to now, there are 10 remaining problems that have not been rectified, and rectification plans have been formulated for 10 problems, and the completion time has been determined. This also shows that we have more problems, and we still need to do a good job of self-examination every day, and actively eliminate security risks.

The visit and guidance of the expert review team and the announcement of the review score gave our company the determination and confidence to further improve the safety management work, and also reminded us that the safety work is a process of full participation, full supervision, steady promotion and continuous improvement.
